The meters

• the first fills at 3

In the capture below the first two are already full (3/3 and 4/4), the third is at 0/5, and several cupcake wilds are on screen at once with the win so far at RM13.58.

By the end all three meters were full (5/5), so the extra spins from the second and third meters were added to the original 10. The third meter's icon also changed from a peppermint swirl to a wild once it filled, which suggests more wilds come into play as the meters complete. The info screen has the exact rules.
