Wild Fox on 3Win8: How the Expanding Wild and Heart Scatter Pay

Wild Fox is one of the adult-styled slots in the 3Win8 lobby: purple curtains, chains down the sides of the reels and flames in the background. The expanding wild on reel 3

The wild only appears on reel 3 in normal games. When it lands it expands to cover the whole reel before pays are worked out, so it sits on every line that runs through the middle. It substitutes for all symbols, including the scatter, and any win it helps make is tripled. For scatter counting, it counts once on its reel.

Heart scatter

The scatter is a red heart. Two pay 2 times the total bet. Three start the feature, four pay 9 plus the feature and five pay 33 plus the feature. When the wild helps, those become 27 and 99 plus the feature. The feature itself is not shown in the screenshots.

Paytable

Each symbol has a normal pay and a WITH column for wins that include the wild (three times higher):

Bet and pacing

Lines are 50, and the Bet arrows set the stake per line. 0.01 a line costs 0.50 a spin; 0.10 a line costs 5.00. Minor and Major jackpot boxes over the reels change with your bet (Minor 700 and Major 1,400 at 5.00 a spin, Minor 950 at 0.50). After a win, Auto switches to Gamble; press Spin to keep your win instead.

In one screenshot a 0.50 spin paid 3.06 with the wild expanded on reel 3 and high heels lined up across several lines. That is the pattern to expect: long quiet spells, then a jump when reel 3 fills.
