Dragon Tiger on Joker123: One Card Each, Highest Wins

Dragon Tiger is baccarat with everything unnecessary removed. One card goes to Dragon, one goes to Tiger, and the higher card wins. There is no drawing chart and no third card, so a hand on Joker123's version is over in a few seconds. That speed is the main thing to understand about it.

Choosing a table

The game opens on SELECT BET SETTINGS with three ranges: 1.00 to 250.00, 10.00 to 1,000.00 and 20.00 to 2,000.00. Whatever you pick shows in the MAX and MIN tags at the top left. The lowest table is the sensible one for testing.

The three bets

The oval red table has only three spots. 龍 DRAGON on the left and 虎 TIGER on the right are both marked 1:2. The green 和 TIE in the middle is marked 1:8.

Those labels are written as "for" odds. A 1.00 chip on Dragon that wins shows WIN 2.00, meaning your stake back plus 1.00. The rules page words the Tie as "payoff 8 to 1", so check the WIN box the first time a tie lands to see exactly what it returned.

Dealing a hand

Set UNIT, tap Dragon, Tiger or Tie, and TOTAL PLAY shows your stake. REMOVE BET and CLEAR undo chips. Then press DEAL.

Tiger's card comes face up. Dragon's card stays face down with an arrow over it, and SHOW CARD replaces the Deal button.

Tap the card and it opens large so you can squeeze it, with a countdown on the right. Or press SHOW CARD and skip the drama.

Here Dragon turned a 5 of hearts against Tiger's 3 of clubs, the table flashed 龍贏 (Dragon wins) and the chip came back as 2.00.

What the rules page says

The HOW TO PLAY page says the higher rank and suit wins, and that a tie is declared only when Dragon and Tiger have the same rank and suit. Many Dragon Tiger versions ignore suits and call a tie on equal rank alone, often taking half of a Dragon or Tiger bet when that happens. Joker123's wording suggests suit breaks equal ranks here, which would make ties rarer. Treat that as the app's own description rather than something to build a plan on.

Playing it sensibly

Dragon and Tiger are close to a coin flip, and the house edge is in how ties are handled. Because a hand takes seconds, a session can burn through a balance faster than a slot at the same stake. Set the chip size low, decide on a number of hands, and ignore "streaks" in the HISTORY tab, since every deal is independent.
