NTC33 is known for its live dealer tables, and the live games came as their own Android APK. What each 2018 build was for and what a stable live session needs.
NTC33, also called Newtown Casino, has always been sold on its live dealer tables: baccarat, roulette and the rest, streamed from a studio with a real dealer. That shaped how it was distributed. The 2018 download page did not offer one Android app but two, and the live games had their own.
We no longer host or link NTC33 files. The old installers were in a storage bucket that is now gone, and the "play online" button pointed at an operator site we do not send readers to. Here is what each build did, so you can ask for the right one.
The four options on the old page

No iPhone build was listed.
Slot APK or live APK
If you only want slots, the slot APK is enough. If you want live baccarat or roulette on your phone, you need the live-game build. Installing only the slot APK and then wondering where the live tables went is the classic mistake.
The two can sit side by side on the same phone. One game ID should log into both, but confirm that with whoever issues it.
What a live session needs
Live games are a video stream with a betting layer on top, and that changes what matters:
- A steady connection. A stream that freezes mid-round does not cancel your bet. The round finishes on the server whether you see it or not. Play live tables on Wi-Fi, or on strong 4G/5G at the very least.
- Data. Streaming video uses far more data than a slot. Check your plan before a long session.
- Screen size. Live tables pack a lot onto one screen: chips, bet areas, history, statistics, chat. On a small phone everything is tiny, which is where the Windows client or web version earns its place.
On a PC you get the same tables with room to read them. The web version needs no install at all.
Installing safely
Android: allow installs from the browser or file manager that opened the APK for that one install, then switch it off. If you install both APKs, do it twice.
Windows: the installer will not be signed in a way Windows trusts, so expect a SmartScreen or antivirus warning. Only carry on with a file from someone you trust, and not on a work or shared PC.
Getting the right build and an ID
