Fire Spin in Playboy Casino (Play8oy): Line Wins, Any-Pay Counts and the Double Button

Fire Spin is the retro fruit machine of the Playboy Casino (also written Play8oy) lobby. Nine symbols on a 3x3 grid, a paytable pinned to the left, and a big bronze wheel with "Fire Spin" in script on the right. It looks basic, but there are two separate ways to get paid, and knowing both makes the wins easier to follow.

Line wins

The grid has arrow markers on both sides and along the top, and with Play at 10 the Total Play is 80, so there are eight lines. On a 3x3 grid that usually means the three rows, three columns and two diagonals, and the column win in our screenshot fits that. The Odds Table lists line pays as multiples of Play:

• Three blue 7s: 1000
• Three red 7s: 200
• Any mix of blue and red 7s: 100
• Three BARs: 80
• Three diamonds: 50
• Three bells: 30
• Watermelons 20, plums 16, oranges 12, cherries 8
• A single cherry at the start of a line: 1

The left panel shows the same list already multiplied by your Play, so at 10 it reads 10000 for three blue 7s.

Any-pay: counting symbols across the grid

The bottom half of the Odds Table is the part that sets this game apart. It pays for four, five, six, seven, eight or nine (FULL) of the same symbol anywhere on the grid, regardless of lines. For 7s it runs 80, 160, 400, 1000, 2000 and 4000 times Play. BARs go up to 2400, diamonds to 2000, bells to 1500, and down to cherries, which pay 4 for four and 400 for a full grid.

Our screenshot shows both systems working at once. Four cherries anywhere on the grid paid 40, a cherry at the top of the right-hand column paid 10 on its line, and the Win box showed 50.

Double and the bet panel

After a win the Double button lights up in pink. It is the usual gamble option: stake the win to try to double it, or skip it and keep the money. Play is set with - and +; Total Play is always eight times that. Hold Spin for autospin. The four jackpot meters (Grand, Major, Minor and Mini) sit above the grid as in the other games in this app.

Who it suits

Players who like to see exactly why a spin paid. With only nine positions, the any-pay counts come up more than you might expect for low fruit, and the pink Double is the only place where the risk jumps. On a small balance, leave Double alone and let the small cherry and orange wins carry the session.
