Fortune Panda is a 25-line Chinese-fortune slot in the Playboy Casino (also written Play8oy) lobby, with bamboo on both sides of the reels and "25 Liner" plaques on the edges. The reels are four rows tall, so there is more going on per spin than in a 5x3 game, and the free games are built around getting extra wilds onto the screen.
Reading the paytable
The Odds Table reads "All pays left to right" and lists values per credit (your Play). Most symbols come in pairs that share a line:

The drum paying on two of a kind matters more than it looks. In our capture two drums at the start of line 11 paid 16 at Play 4, which is 4 per credit, exactly as the table says.
Wild and scatter
Two symbols are not in the pay list. The gold ingot on blue silk is the scatter: "Whenever 3x scattered", the free games start. The golden seal stamped 百搭, the usual Chinese label for a wild, substitutes for the pay symbols.
The free games banner is titled "The opportunity to win more wild", and under the seal it says "Every time adding more". The captures cut off before the rest of the rules. Read at face value, more seals are added to the reels as the free games go on, which is where the big panda lines come from.
