Seasons Greetings in the Playboy Casino (also written Play8oy) lobby cannot decide which holiday it is celebrating, and that is the charm. A Christmas tree sits next to a Chinese lion dance head, a Japanese paper lantern marked 中元祭 (the summer Obon festival), a Venetian-style carnival mask, a roast turkey and a Valentine's heart with roses. Snowy rooftops and brick pillars frame the reels. Behind the mixed theme is a 9-line slot with two features worth knowing.

Feature 1: the bonus game

The bonus symbol is a tile reading "Seasons Greetings" in gold on red. Three or more in one game trigger the bonus game. The rules screen shows three scenes from it: a round wheel with symbol segments, a board of tiles, and a table of silver food cloches with a turkey revealed under one of them, which looks like a pick-a-dish round. The exact prizes are not listed on the page we captured.

Feature 2: the Holiday Party

The second feature is unusual. "Player enters HOLIDAY PARTY when 5 of a kind symbol arranged in a cross shape." The rules show three small grids with five squares forming a plus sign in different positions. So it is not about lines at all: five matching symbols in a + shape anywhere on the reels.

Our screenshot came close. Lanterns filled most of the top two rows, four of them paying 20 across the top at Play 2 (10 per credit for four), and a Seasons Greetings tile sat in the centre. A cross needs a symbol above, below and on both sides of a centre symbol, so the common, cheap symbols like the lantern are probably the likeliest to form one.
